Ships ready to fit. Or for the Signature tier, we come to your build and install it ourselves.
We met them at sunrise, a few hundred feet below a ridgeline, three weeks into a loop with no fixed end date. Their whole site was pieced together from years of trial and error: a tent patched with someone else’s rainfly, boots that had seen more trail than pavement, a coffee ritual that hadn’t changed once. Nothing about it was off-the-shelf, and that was exactly why it worked for them.
That’s the instinct “Design Yours” comes from. No two trips look the same, so no two builds should either - same weatherproof shell and stitching underneath, but colors, patterns and panel layout built around whoever’s actually living in it.
Their tent has stayed our field lab since. Every fabric batch spends real time in it before it ships anywhere else - pitched on gravel, salted by sea air, rained on for a week straight. If a seam is going to fail, we’d rather find out here first, not from a customer three months in.
From a weekend-ready starter kit to a fully bespoke build with on-site installation.
For weekend campers and first-time customizers.
For serious vanlifers and full builds.
The build that becomes a story.

Still deciding? Here’s what most people ask before their first order.
Most Starter and Explorer orders ship in two to three weeks from confirmed design. Signature builds, which include an in-person consultation and on-site installation, typically run four to six weeks depending on your location and the season.
Yes. Upload your own design in the Patterns section, or work with our team to adapt one of our six signature patterns to your colors and panel layout. We’ll send a digital proof before anything gets printed.
Every tent and curtain set comes with our sizing guide, and the team double-checks dimensions before production starts. If something still doesn’t fit once it arrives, we’ll remake the affected piece at no extra cost within 30 days.
The inks are UV-resistant and rated for years of daily sun exposure without fading, the canvas is treated for water and abrasion, and every batch is field-tested in our own tent before it ships. Replacements have stayed at zero across 300+ nights on the road.
Yes, we ship worldwide. EU orders arrive 3 to 7 days after dispatch; everywhere else typically takes 7 to 14 days depending on customs. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
We do - it’s a growing part of our business. If you’re outfitting more than a handful of vans or need a standing wholesale arrangement, use the “Talk to us” link above and we’ll set up a call.
A quick feel for it, not the final proof. Choose one of our six signature patterns, or drop in your own image below — our team fine-tunes scale, color and placement with you before anything goes to print.
VanCanvas is the consumer side of a textile printer that’s spent twenty years producing for stadiums, retailers, and event producers - the kind of production runs where a wrinkle or a color shift isn’t an option.
We use the same industrial UV printers, the same weatherproof inks, and the same precision standards on your tent as we do on a stadium banner. Nothing about the equipment changes just because the order is for one person instead of ten thousand.
What does change is the last step: every piece is hand-finished in-house by a small team who checks the stitching, the seams, and the fit before it ships. No outsourcing, no white-label reseller in between - just the same workshop floor as the industrial side of the business.
Tell us what you’re picturing - one tent, a full van interior, or a fleet of them - and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with sizing, timeline, and next steps. No obligation, no hard sell - just a straight answer from someone who’s actually made the thing before.
